Shipping Information

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All of our Faith-based products, Candles and Body Care are made to order. Products will be processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and major national holidays). Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping delays with USPS could cause your package to take longer than usual. 
Holiday Orders
Orders may take up to 7-14 days to ship. If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours or we will not be able to process a refund. 
 

Pre-Ordered Items

You will receive an additional email when your item is ready to ship. If you have not received any communication about your order, please contact orders@yatsoms.com 

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). The following shipping methods are available: 
Domestic:
USPS Standard (4-7 business days)
USPS Priority (2-3 business days)
USPS Express (1-2 business days)
International:
USPS Standard (4-8 weeks)
USPS Priority (6-10 business days)
USPS Express (3-5 business days)

    SHIPPING POLICIES

    • Import duty charges for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
    • Please be absolutely certain that the shipping address is correct. If the wrong address is specified and the item is returned, buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. We are not responsible for lost items due to an incorrect address.
    • If you order multiple items, they will all be shipped once they are ALL ready. These items may also be shipped in different packages and you will receive two separate shipping email confirmations and two tracking numbers.
